Most suitable for the regions of Central and Northern Lithuania
Drought resistant
Recommended for organic farms
Before sowing, it is recommended to treat the seed with nitrogen (bacterilize)
It recovers well after grazing
Tolerates animal grazing
Alfalfa and white clover, a component of the legume mixture, provide biological nitrogen to the grassland by fixing atmospheric nitrogen. Therefore, the formed grass cannot be fertilized with mineral nitrogen fertilizers at all. Winters very well, high and stable yield. In more productive lands, the yield of dry matter reaches 10-12 t/ha. When used intensively, it maintains high productivity for 4-5 years. It recovers well after grazing, and tolerates livestock grazing. Tolerates long-term droughts very well. After the end, abundant atolls grow. It is characterized by good fodder quality, so it is possible to produce grass meal, hay and silage. The unique composition of the mixture during grazing does not pose an additional risk to the health of animals, which provides freedom of technological maneuvering.
