Evaporated Creamer is a pasteurized product obtained by combining vegetable fat/Oil with milk constituents.

this product is the milder, milkier, and unsweetened version offering the same thick, rich texture albeit without the added sugars, making it an ideal ingredient for more savory preparations apart from just desserts.

In its low-moisture canned state Evaporated Milk can also stand in for milk or heavy cream as an enriching agent and imparts body to smoothies, thicken up and sweeten tea/coffee, and add subtle richness to creamy soups and chowders!
