What is Spora Lygodii?
Lygodium japonicum(Thunb.)Sw. Grows in the valley thickets, the hillside forest, the gully edge stone gap, the elevation is 200-3000 meters. Spora Lygodii has the action of clearing damp heat from the bladder and small intestine.
