Metal Free System consists of a high-performance polymeric matrix reinforced with a 3D fiberglass mesh.
It’s meant to be used by dentists and dental technicians to realize structures or substructures able to give further mechanical resistance in restoring works for partially or totally edentulous patients.
Even if extremely light, the Metal Free system has strong tensile strength and high levels of flexibility and compressibility. Biocompatible and easily adjustable, offers freedom in customizing the design and the realization phases.
Thanks to its polymeric structure, Metal Free perfectly binds to most materials commonly used in prosthetic dentistry. It introduces the use of fiberglass in the dental field replacing the use of metals in the realization of prosthesis mesostructures.
Using the Metal Free system, the modeling and melting phases are no more necessary, as well as the metal testing sessions. This is time-saving in terms of working hours and waiting time for the patient.
Metal Free allows the dentist to passivate the structure working directly in the patient’s mouth leaving to the laboratory the final realization.
